We are looking for a passionate Weekend Sales Consultant who thrives on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the highest level of standards.
The successful candidate will be in a supporting role to deliver premium customer service during bridesmaid appointments and throughout other aspects of the business. They will become a bridesmaid styling expert, offering advice on shape, fit, fabric and colour. The role also involves merchandising, ensuring the store looks beautifully presented, creating innovative and engaging social media posts and developing the brand image.
It’s important that our new Bridesmaid Consultant promotes a positive and enjoyable working environment whilst maintaining outstanding customer service. As they may be working with our bridesmaids in the dressing room, they must be able to build an instant rapport whilst being discreet and courteous.
Experience within the wedding industry is not essential as full training will be provided. Successful applicants will be self-motivated with upbeat, positive personalities and excellent communication skills. They will be capable of helping all our brides in a sincere, thoughtful, and encouraging way.
This position has a competitive hourly rate and weekend hours will vary depending on the needs of the business. Own transport is essential as the shop is located in a rural area.
